You can buy shredded currency from the BEP. He's probably getting the 5 lb. bag and rebagging it.

The ty cobb bat, he could have got a bat card of Cobb's and then cut it smaller. However, he wouldn't be making any money doing it this way. By the price I would say that is probably fake.
