If it turns out to be an O when you get it, at $50 that is about full retail so you didn't get burned too bad. Report this Post to the Staff

Chancellor Sutler Pillar of the Community United States 1372 Posts	Posted 10/17/2013 12:21 am I'll probably pass out if it does turn out to be an "S", since I've studied some coins, but if I want to recoup some of my investment, I can always sell off one of the 3 AU V nickels I bought for under 15 dollars (for all 3) including postage. I think virtually all of these coins have been dipped at one time or another. They just don't stay white for 120 years.
