To me it looks like a serious die fill.
Normally die fills don't get a premium; in fact they often lose value.
But I don't consider this coin anywhere near a normal die fill.
Hopefully an error specialist will come along and give you a better answer.

Looks like either a weak strike from when they were setting up the dies or a major Struck Through Grease

sure it is, its a really good example of Struck Through Grease, maybe 100.00 to 200.00

I agree with darryldarryl,The rim doesn't look as sharp as it should to me so I am thinking weak strike. If not that then it is a real nice filled die error,congrats.

Its not a strike through. If it was you would see an edge where the material ends. I vote for weak strike or the dies were not set up properly.
