Shameful!
Overgraded!That's the least of this coins problems.
It's corroded, cleaned,suffering from road rash and featuring spots of green slime.

I know this seller very very well, and my guess this coin was switched before he got it.... NO WAY could ICCS be that blind . ok maybe they could... But for sure if it was switched it was not by this seller...

VF-30 seems fair for the obverse but with that reverse I'd put it at VF-20.

Educate me - how would this coin have gotten switched when it's in a sealed holder? ICCS put the wrong coin in the holder?
