Ebay Sellers Pay Attention To Your Discount!

jleveille Valued Member United States 371 Posts	Posted 02/08/2014 4:05 pm My 20% discount disappeared last month for no reason at all. I have maintained all the requirements for it. I spent an hour on the phone with them and they cannot explain why and agree I meet the requirements. They said they will escalate the issue. Makes me wonder how many sellers lost their discount but did not notice. Report this Post to the Staff

westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7648 Posts	Posted 02/08/2014 5:54 pm The 20% discount is for Top Rated Sellers who maintain a specified selling amount/qty during a specified time frame. Dropping below those minimums will cause you to lose TRS status and subsequently lose the discount. Report this Post to the Staff
