It grades in the bullion value range, but that burst gas bubble makes it interesting.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

VF-20. Interesting gas bubble but personally wouldn't pay over spot.

Experience tells me to grade GB&BC coins according to US standards then subtract one grade.
Looks like it would end up at best as a Fine.

I think that pit on the obverse is severe impact damage, because the metal surrounding it is raised. Some of the metal has been displaced upwards; it has to go somewhere!
VF20 and bullion value, unfortunately.
