My scanner is being stupid and not auto-cropping things properly so I had to do it manually. Sorry for the crooked scans.

Minor fold on top left and looks like it had been hit quite hard on the bottom right. Other than that, it is firm and flat.

I'm probably overgrading here because I don't know much about bills but I'll say EF-AU. This is one of the two best from the bunch of 19.
