This is why it is best to free your coins from those plastic prisons. See how much fun they have in the wild?

Great fun TIF, Seasons Greetings back at you. By the way, looking on your website, "boy on the boat" I take it he turned up?

[scratching my head] Boy on the boat?

I've lost track of what I've posted where. You mean one of many coins delayed in transit? Happily, they have all arrived :)

I'm very behind in posting.

And thanks again, Pish, the idea of making jigsaw puzzles from coin pictures. I have an extensive library of coin picture digital jigsaw puzzles now and love doing them! I'm using a Mac-compatible app called "Everyday Jigsaw".

That is so cool. That had to take a lot of work on your part to put together. You got skills. Happy Holidays.

Echizento... thanks but it is just a Jibjab video. All I had to do was upload pictures and set the crop area :)

Another thing, Pish (and others)... if you want to see the best coins and pictures ever in the history of ancient coins and ancient coin pictures, check out this collector's website: Colosseo Collection

His writeups are outstanding too.

I wish I could afford any one of those. The Sikyon stater is my favorite though.

His Sikyon is one of my favorites too. I tried and failed to get one in yesterday's Tradart auction. My bidding was tepid though because I'll always want one as good as his and the Tradeart specimen, while outstanding, just didn't quite cut it.

I've only seen one that was arguable better and it was offered by Heritage at WFOM this August. I attended the live auction and bid on that coin. If I'd won, I may have had to sell my car :D

I will stop looking for that coin on line then :)
That website is awesome. Jigsaws sorted for some time to come, thanks TIF.

There has got to be $250K worth of coins on that page. I can only dream of a collection like that.
