I think it's a delamination and it's a beauty.

A closer shot could be helpful. Then we would know for sure if it is a lamination peel, or a struck through error. A lamaination would still show parts of the devices but weaker. A struck through error (Not grease this time) would obliterate the devices. Can't tell for sure from the image.

It's for sure a lamination coop. The devices are weaker. I don't have it on hand right now, so I'll take some later.
