The mark on the cheek and ear happened in the 2x2 rubbing on the coin next to it. Due to the heavy tone it looks worse then it is. I didn't save it fast enough, hind sight is 20/20.

It looks like vf30-ef40 to me. Hard to tell on the lower band of the crown and jewels around the neck.

A strict grader would call it a VF-30, but "market grade" is probably EF-40/45.

VF30? I can see how the thick tone is hiding the details, but this coin has seen hardly any circulation time.

That last photo was the one you should have showed us first. yes, you can see it is a lot better than VF30, with better pics it may even go high AU.
