Please grade. Is this an old cleaning or an alloy problem? Thanks.

Looks like a "woody," an alloy problem. IMHO
Still a nice cent.

Hmm... I think that this may be an old cleaning. On Lincoln ' s head and to the right of it, it appears that it has been cleaned before. However, I'm not 100% sure, so I'm going to let the exexperts chime in.
