First of all I have to warn you that I am a member of Early American Copper (EAC) and we grade copper coins very strictly.
I will give this coin an EAC sharpness grade of VF-30. That's very good for a Liberty Cap cent. Many of these coins are very worn from heavy use.
As a member of EAC we net grade coins with problems. The corrosion on this coin will get it a net grade of F-15. Meaning that I would be willing to pay F-15 money for it even though it has VF-30 details.
This is die variety S-78 which is fairly common for this date so it has a rarity designation of R.1
So, my grade and attribution for this coin would be 1795 S-78 R.1 30/15.
