AT214 Valued Member United States 228 Posts	Posted 03/03/2015 10:58 pm its really hard for me to tell to be honest, it has some type of shiny coating on it, got these from a bank today and I notice that a lot of them have this shiny coat type stuff on it and the shine is throwing me off when trying to get angles. I will say it looks two layered, like on one side is flacked off or something and is rough looking the other layer looks like any other pennies layer. it is weird. why are these pennies so shiny? do they coat them or something?
