I don't know which one to choose for 1969S DDO

Probably all of them have been picked through and honestly, I wouldn't pay more than a few bucks for an original roll.

How exactly would we know which roll has a DDO in it?

I thought that the 1969S DDO is specific to a region or a colored paper. Thank's

They used to put what mint branch where they were wrapped. But even then, it is no guarantee that all the other coins were from a different run. The only ones you can get DDR's most often are on the 2009-P mint boxes of the LP2 rolls. There were several dates that these contained a lot of doubled dies. (obverse and reverse) The Denver rolls in these boxes are normal coins.

I would have no idea,but be careful. OBW can be tricky to buy. Maybe you should spend more time studying what OBW look like un-opened.

This seller looks to me as a opener so I would not buy from them. Some will open then wet the end and re-roll them as I think this seller does. Beware
