I'm having a tough time deciding if its an MS64 or an MS63.

I'm with you Spider, having a tough time between 63 & 64. The obverse has some really nice clean fields.

If I have to pick though I'll stay conservative to say MS63. Very nice coin!

Thanks, I just picked it up yesterday at the coin show. It looks nicer in hand. This is the first key I bought for this series.
