I would likely keep the second one if not both of them... They are only a dollar each. I would consider otherwise if they were higher value bills.

When it comes to serial numbers I think you should keep whatever you personally like. If however, you're only asking for resale purposes then keep anything under 00001000 and obviously fancy combinations.

I would keep both of them but if they were a $20 or higher I would probably spend them.
