Hello everybody. Not much good at writeing but wanted to say something. Just found this site and been reading a lot of postings. This site has a lot of interesting stuff and a lot about coins. I'm just now trying to build sets and starting on Ike's. I'm on a limited income as I'm paralized from wreck in 2000. I am on ebay alot as this is about all I can do for now.I'll go for now but just wanted to check in.

Hello Newbie!
You will find some really nice, smart people here. Lots of knowledge too. On several occasions, when I needed information, several well-qualified numismatists responded promptly and competently.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. I kinda feel out of place a little as a lot about these coins yall convers. on are out of my leage. But the other aspects concerning grades and such will be very helpful. One more small question those emails I get telling me about new postings is that normal?

Its normal if you have subscribed to the thread, if you dont want the email notifications , you can turn them off,, top right hand of the page there is a heading subscribe to this thread, you should be able to unsubscribe from there .
Also ,, do not feel shy about posting your opinions ,, thats what its all about !!!

I agree with Rick. Please post your opinions. I think you'd be surprised to find that most of the coins people here collect are not out of your league at all.

Howdy! Sorry I'm a little late with the welcome, but glad to have ya here! You'd be surprised how many of us collect "pocket change" stuff- State Quarters, wheat cents, that sort of stuff. You don't have to be rich to be a coin collector, but it would sure help sometimes. Rachel [:p]
