It's from Perinthus in Thrace.

We need to see the obverse though to tell you more.

Thats Trajan, baring a good similarity to Domitian and Nerva, so I reckon its early in the reign. (still could be domitian, readable bit on the obverse is ...IANO, whichi s used by Domititian, but he tends to have a longer legend)

Any-Ideas?

The figure is tyche.

The inscription is in Greek, and the characters may have thrown you a bit.
Reverse reads PERI - N(TH)ON
For what I see of it the obverse reads ....IANOS SEBACE = SEBASE which is the name and the imperial title.
Ben is probably right about the parallel with TRAIANOS but the figure on your coin appears to be radiate, while the headgear on his obverse figure seems to be more tight fitting. That could be radiate too, I guess.

it is a AE20 coin of Traianus of Perinthos (Thrace).
obv: AU KAI NE TPAIONOC CEBE GE : radiate head right
rev : PERIN / QIWN : Tyche standing left with rudder and cornucopiae
