Who sells me is not willing to send her to ngc coin or pcgs (do not even know), so it does not buy it. The return on the expense of third-party certification and grading is reason enough for any holder of this coin to have it done immediately. Any vendor who will not do so, and still offers it for sale, is suspect, and should be avoided. Just common sense business for a prudent owner.
