Looks like F-12 from here IMHO. Too much wear on the shield to go any higher.

The reverse looks VG but the obverse looks Fine. I'd call it a VG10 but it easily could be called F12.

I'd go with VG-10. Just three letters of Liberty visible. Otherwise, nice-looking coin.

Well, even though she is a fence sitter, I am going to go ahead and write Fine on the 2x2. Thanks for the comments and opinions. This is a set I'll likely never complete, but I still like acquiring dates I don't have.
