I need a new camera. About to go buy one. Anyone have any suggestions?

In the meantime, you can try to guess at a grade on this 1949-D Washington quarter in PCGS plastic, using my less than good photos.

I'll go for MS-66 .there is a lot of meat under that reverse toning.

I think I may see some minor wear, although the toning makes it hard to tell for sure.

It looks like it would make MS-65.

I just found out there's a coin photography forum. Boy, don't I feel like an idiot now. :(

I spent 3 hours reading threads so now I have a good idea of what I need to buy and what I should invest/spend, as well as some good sellers that I can trust.

Here's the PCGS slab: MS-65. The toning sealed the deal for me. It's not a "super high grade" coin, but that toning...

A seller picture: The toning on the reverse was actually better than I expected based on this shot.

Thank you. Adam
