Hello. I'm hoping someone can help me determine what's going on with this mintmark. It's on a 1951 S quarter. A RPM, perhaps? Or some other error? Something else? Nothing at all?

I see no evidence of a RPM. I check in a publication and they didn't list for that year/mint yet.

Thank you, Coop, for your response. Yeah, I didn't see anything, either for that year/mint, and I agree that it doesn't look like a classic repunch. Something's going on there, though. I'm stumped. Maybe a Cud of some sort, but even that doesn't sound quite right.
