I bought a MS 69 cameo proof dime that came from the march of dimes set. It is the 2015 W one. Did I get a good deal at $23?

If it's problem free and not 3rd party graded, then I think you did well. If it's 3rd party graded by NGC or PCGS, then I think you did very well.

You did great assuming there are no obvious flaws. Someone lost money on having that one graded.
