Quick question, can this degree of ghosting deduct a point or limit it to a top possible grade similar to say a weak strike on a morgan?

PCGS MS66RD. Good job CCF!  Edit: If anyone wants to see the set on PCGS: (1948) http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/All...m=10483&ac=0It shows not complete; but I do have the missing coin (this one) but a removal request is pending so I cannot add it yet, I have the coin in hand but seller has not marked it as sold. I have a nice rainbow toned 1948-S washington that should make an easy MS66 waiting on me to submit it, which should upgrade that low grade 64.
