Yes it is a DDR. There are a lot of them,try to match marke for an attribution number.

I don't see it on wexler. I'd try coppercoins, but the navigation gives me a headache..

I see an extra something on the book itself over the right hand? It could be a die chip but given location I would guess more doubling EDIT: it's ddr-096 coppercoins welcome :)

From your reverse photo I think I see the die chip on the C. Can you confirm or post a larger photo?

The angle of the shot made me think at first they were not from the same die. But after rotating it and sizing it, I agree it 2006P-1DR-096.
