1952-D Quarter Found In Bank Roll

Technically speaking, I've coin roll hunted, as I'm a cashier at a pharmacy now and I've had the job a few weeks.

Anyway, the craziest thing happened today. When my shift started, they gave me an ordinary drawer that was filled properly, and I didn't notice much. There was a nickel roll that I opened and found 2 from the 50's, which I later traded out. But at the end of the day, I had to count my drawer, and believe it or not, I saw a grey edge out of the corner of my eye, and sure enough, it was a 1952-D quarter! This is my 2nd silver quarter in a year, which is amazing since they're the hardest coin to find in rolls!

Amazing find! I have yet to find a silver quarter in circulation. My mom does have $11 in silver quarters that she will give me when I get older. Great find. Happy hunting!

We have a large jar that my wife throws every quarter we get in change into. We typically cash them in before a vacation for some extra spending money. It went 2 years and when I searched them I found 1 silver quarter. Pretty rare these days! Nice find.

My son has roll hunted quarters for years and only found 2 or 3 silvers. That's very few compared to all the silver nickels and dimes he has found.
