The coin is housed in an ANACS holder graded MS66, thinking about submitting to PCGS or NGC, but I don't think it'll make the MS66 grade. What do you think? The coin has nice eye appeal being nice and flashy.

I think with all of the marks and carbon spotting, this might grade at 63/64. 65 would be way too lofty with its warts.

Hummm....that got lost in your picture, it looks dull to me. I don't see any indication of luster.

Based on what I see with all the carbon spots, MS-63/64. There's no way it will get a 66 with PCGS/NGC. If the luster is as good as you say and the coin has nice cartwheels, it may make 65 at best.
