New to the forums, I've just inherited some 2002 Gold Panda coins 100 Yuan denomination, 1/4th ounce gold.

Are these worth anything more than merely gold melt?

this can bring a premium if it has a grade of MS-66 (minimum)

otherwise it will just go for goldprice

BTW to CCF

Thank you for your help. A coin expert told me that he believes they are MS69 at least. He doesn't collect/deal with panda coins, so he only offered me gold melt on them. I said no.

What are these coins worth? What is a fair price for them?

I would pay about 350 - 375 USD for that coin in OMP
