Extra Fine, details, cleaned. The "halo"of light color around all of the devices (design elements) indicates that this coin has been buffed at one time or another. If you look in the "tight" spots, like the letters of LIBERTY, you can see that between the letters it appears that the coin has a ligther "hue".
