Found this beautiful 1880 NFLD large cent...cant determine whether or not it's the low date/low 0 variety.

I'm no expert but it looks like normal wide O to me.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I think it's just an optical illusion that makes it look low. All digits are on the same horizonal.
