I was just curious if any CCF members have purchased any coins from the Yosemite collection that has been offered over the last month or so on Great Collections? There were lots of nice Capped Bust and Seated Liberty coins offered in this collection. I saw lots that I liked but only ended up purchasing a capped bust dime.

I did bid on a lot of Seated half and dollars, but got outbid on all of them. Most of the coins went way above price guides.

Also bit disadvange since I have to add sales tax on top of the winning bid and commission if total purchase is less than $1500.

I looked and saw one or two things I was interested in but couldn't follow through with the bidding.
I was out of the country and had no way to pay in a timely manner.

I agree...I was outbid on a few coins. Most went for more money than I was willing to pay.

Sales tax and commission is a bummer for us CA residents.
