Hello...I came across this today, and it looked very strange to me. For starters it has a blue rainbowish tint to it, so I took a closer look and noticed how strange the damage looks..can this be a machine error?

looks like first parking lot damage then cleaned with a cloth
to give it that rainbow look

ive cleaned some pennies with a cloth and some get that rainbow look too
they sure do look nice with a little coin buffing
