Thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Looks like a slightly weak struck MS New Orleans Morgan to me, with some nice toning on the reverse...

MS-64, maybe MS-64+

Edit: Forgot to add, the strike is actually pretty good for an O mint.

MS64 for me, light obverse hairlines are a distraction. VAM11 for the die pairing.

I'm tempted to say UNC Details due to the very obvious obverse hairlines but given how nice the rest of the coin is I'll say MS-62 as a market grade. Luster also seems impaired by multiple dips so this coin pretty clearly has been dipped and wipe numerous times.

The surfaces do not look original. Possibly dipped or whizzed. I can't tell.

wow. When I saw this coin I was like MS 64 and was so happy to see that I'm on the same page as others but I would have never guessed that it was dipped. How can you tell? Its it the Different luster that outlines the raised details?

I'm leaning toward 64 straight grade. Looks OK to me.

It appears cleaned to me. It doesn't have any cartwheel luster that MS Morgans have, and the fields of the reverse seem a bit scratched. Shame because it appears to be well struck and a high-MS otherwise.

MS details, the coin looks like it was rubbed with a course cloth.
