I like:
1) Washington - It fits nicely in my fish themed collection.
2) Alaska - See above
3) Utah - It has a nice symmetry to the design.
4) New Hampshire -A fitting tribute to the departed "Old Man of the Mountain"

I dislike:
Wyoming - The design comes from their license plate. Talk about mailing it in.
New Mexico - See above

Alabama looks like a salute to the electric chair.

North Dakota and Nevada look great. The recent Oklahoma reverse is a winner, and I like the Vermont. Honorable mentions go to Massachusetts and New Jersey.

In the ugly department, Maryland, Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois rule.

I've said this before, but the reason I like Nevada so much is that the running horses give it a sense of movement. So many of the other designs are so static, not to mention plain boring.

Maybe that was supposed to be the Texas quarter, and there was a mixup at the mint...

Oh yeah...the MN quarter! Someone oughtta warn that boat...it's going to hit the state!
Another case of cramming too much on the reverse. Get rid of the state and enlarge the loon--which is a fitting symbol.

Though I haven't seen the quarter in person yet.....I like the Alaska one ! I like the Grizzer Bear. In love with the whole wilderness thing.....Seen Grizzlies in the wild many times now. I've been to Alaska and want to go back......loved that state from afar for a long long time before I got to go there for a couple weeks....Yeah ....i expect I'll get a few BU rolls of those....just for nostalgic reasons.......
I'll be getting proof and silver proof sets and uncirc. rolls from the bank....

"What happened to your boat man?"
"Oh, I hit something when I was fishing the other day."
"What the heck did you hit?"
"...*cough*...Minne*mumble*"
"What was that? I couldn't hear you."
"...Minnesota..."

I am from Georgia, and the Georgia quarter doesn't even get the outline of the state correct. As for "best" I kinda like the Arkansas one with the diamond hovering above the landscape.

My favorite is Wyoming with the cowboy. The flat surface of the cowboy with no detail gives the coin a vintage look.
