It's completely absurd to have the rules be enforced by where the seller lives and not the site it appears on. Also, if that's the case, then nothing has changed. It's been that way for years. What's the difference between an ICCS holder listed by a Canadian resident and an ICCS holder listed by a US resident? Is one likely fraud and one's not? Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
