Well that's ridiculous. If ICCS is not allowed on ebay.com it shouldn't be allowed by anyone. It's completely absurd to have the rules be enforced by where the seller lives and not the site it appears on.
Also, if that's the case, then nothing has changed. It's been that way for years.
Bobby, ebay is starting to think more globally than they have in the past. There are going to be lots of really interesting and exciting ideas in the coming year. This has been a wonderful insight to what is really going on.

What does that have to do with this?
What's the difference between an ICCS holder listed by a Canadian resident and an ICCS holder listed by a US resident? Is one likely fraud and one's not? Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. In fact, it's downright unfair to US sellers as it has been for years.
But everyone is making it out like there's been a big change recently (which would have been Canada companies allowed on .com by US sellers), when in reality nothing has changed, they've been allowed on .ca by Canadian sellers for years. I don't understand, this inequality hasn't changed at all.
