That scratch left of the bust is very distracting. I don't know how to grade it.

It's tough to grade these proof coins because they are higher on the scale. At that high in grade, I think we would need to see it in hand to assess it.

I can't give it a numerical grade, but based on the photos, the marks behind the queen are distracting. So are the marks between the A and R of DOLLAR.

The scratch is a value killer.
High mintage proof coins must be nearly perfect to warrant grading.
This coin is likely worth less than $5.

Here's an example of what a low grade nickel proof sold for;

"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
