Mint Help, Please? - Coin Community Forum

doc_jones0215 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 02/17/2005 2:57 pm I purchased some decent coin protectors,and was sorting my bicentennial coins (the drummer ones) out of their former protective homes (a few pairs of Ziplocs sandwich bags), when I realized that one does not have a mint. No impression where the mint should lie, no visible wear or scratches, just simply, no mint. I've looked sites over and over searching for advice. I know of mistruck coins, but I've never seen one void of a mint completely. As soon as I get batteries for my digicam, I will post a pic of it if needed. Can anyone help me? Thx.
