It seems that this person's speciality is toys and games, so perhaps the novelty of this damaged coin has made him/ her to grossly overestimate its worth. I am trying to be generous here.
Life is too short to bother sending messages.

I tried messaging him to let him know about the mooning on the back being from the pressure from someone damaging the coin, he replied:
"You would have to see the coin personally to actually see what I see with the USB magnifying scope"
I do not know what he is seeing 28th this Magnifying scope

I messaged saying to him that I'll pay for the grading (from ICCS) and if it is genuine, I'll Paypal him an extra $50.

Quote: you will see that the coin is not altered for it would take a very intelligent person to carefully do this type of alteration and would take time i guess none of thought about the possibility of the beaver sneezing causing its tail to whack the pile of logs and causing a couple of loge to float around the die until this planchet made its way into the press

Listings like this shows a couple of things. One .......you can't teach stupid. Two you can't fix stupid once acquired either . Give an ebay seller slightly lower than average intelligence, who then thinks he or she is a brilliant numismatist and the result is a listing that we discuss here. The only block of wood that is worth discussion here , the obvious sawdust between the ears of the Seller. If you were to ask the seller how this "error" happened , they would probably refer you to the sale of a recent auction of the Dime Struck on a nail in the US. After all aren't nails used with wood. WOW!

"I HAVE HAD IT FOR OVER 30 YEARS"
So, if you have a coin for over 30 years, that means it has to be a genuine error. Hmmmm....

He's said he looked at it under 500x USB microscope? 500x?! Was he trying to see the cells that make up the wood?
That response just made him look more foolish than before. Didn't think it was possible

Been gone for a while. Came back today to find that not much has changed. This is priceless. Missed the link before it was taken down, would love to see the obverse if anyone saved a picture of it.
