Advising again on a great antispyware app, I can recommend CounterSpy from http://sunbelt-software.com.
I've used successfully to remove spyware from some heavily infected computers and it has consistently ranked as one of the best apps in the market. It costs $20 for a one year subscription. It's a small price to pay for ease of mind regarding spyware.

I sure hate it when some jerks feel that they have to get their kicks out of sending out these viruses. They should all be hung from the yard arm.
