Old holder? They were tighter on grading and looser on tone, can't remember if they had started with "+" or star designations...so, MS64FB. (the nick on the cheek, if not there then MS66FB).

MS60 not FSB. Could be unc details - scratched. Multiple hits to the right of the mouth. I see a bad gash across cheekbone, maybe more than one scratch, hard to tell from pic. It's close, but I see a small obstruction in the center band channel of the fasces.

personally I cant see this over 63. a lot of little issues already mentioned and there appears to be some reverse corrosion on the rim around 3 o'clock. if it is, then I can see a details designation

Scratches are on the holder. If it wasn't an OGH I'd say it needs a reholder badly as part of the edge is broken and it has numerous deep scratches. There is a nick on the cheek (dimple? :) -- the entire profile is strike doubled left making the lips and everything else look funky. Reverse has three bag marks at the top diagonal fasces band; the rim has some light spotty brownish toning along with some areas that remind me of mid die state Indian Heads where the rims are starting to crumble but not yet forming Cuds, or perhaps where some bag marks landed that toning has started to affect.
