Thanks, Kurt, but I wanted to give him a chance to pick which one he wanted once they were cropped, resized, and uploaded, so I did both. 
I have cropped and resized the second and third images for your avatar. They are uploaded as of-grandpa1 and of-grandpa2. This way you can make your own decision about which you want to use. They are both uploaded for your exclusive use; you just need to select one in your profile.
Images for avatars should really be emailed to me rather than posted here on the forum. Sometimes, it takes a while before I see a post on the forum but I check my email multiple times per day.
