As our membership is continuing to grow, I felt it was time to name a new Moderator from our ranks. Please welcome Metalman into this position. I have full confidence that he will help to uphold the high standards and promote that "community" feeling that we have come to enjoy. Seriously, congrats Metalman. I know that you will do a fantastic job in keeping us "spam" free.

Catman if we read between the lines does it really say, "looking forward to being disciplined by him"? I just can't pass the opportunity to keep one of the "picks of the litter" on the hot seat! Hows every little thing out there and where you been?

Congratulations, Metalman. Your posts here strike me as being made by someone of the right temperment for a moderator.
It's encouraging to know that the admin staff is considering the future as well as the present, growing the mod group with the membership. Somewhere down the road, it's probably going to be time to specialize mods with their own subfora, so you all don't feel like you have to read every thread on the site.
