I translated the page and it's one of those miniature coins. I reported the auction, but I doubt anything will be done since it's not listed on ebay.us and ebay hasn't been doing a lot with reports lately anyway. I did email him, but I'm sure he won't care a bit about that either. Hopefully, anyone seeing this from the US will do what I did and translate the page through Babel Fish and see that it is a miniature.
Rest in Peace

I translated the auction through Google translator. The seller does state that it's a miniature and a copy. But, judging from his really bad feedback (also a Google translation), he's one to stay away from in any instance.

gewinnplus is very well known for selling junk 585 and 0.6 grams
If you see the words 10 mm or 11 mm or 12 mm you are in the smallest coins of the world series amongst others coming out of italy
Baywatches is another junkseller
They copy everything even belgian kings you can get at melt for the full 5.8 grams of gold ( instead of like 0.3 to 0.6 grams of gold of these minicoins )
Once you get used to the look you recognise them immidiately because you need a microscope to make a sensible pic
Also watch out some people are only selling the picture of a coin instead of the coin
Last week a picture went for 75% of the price of the real coin
Under pressure of a german coinforum the seller agreed to cancel the deal
