So I'm dropping off some boxes of coins that I searched at the bank today and notice an IKE in the teller tray. I don't know why but I figured I'd leave it since I have a ton of them, but at the last minute decided I may as well have one more. The teller was happy to get rid of it and then asks me if I'd like a half dollar and holds this up for me to see:

Nice-Find---Made-My-Day-:

Of course, I purchased it from her and walked away with a smile on my face. This was the fifth silver half from a teller tray in as many weeks, the rest were 40%. You just never know what will pop up in the wild!

That's a great find! It's always good to have positive relationships with bank tellers!

Good for you . Every time I go inside my bank I always look into the teller's tray. Picked up four 40% Kennedys about a month ago . Yes , you never know .

That's great Silver Eagle!

I would have been triple as excited as 1956 is my birth year.
Congrats.
