With greenish & brownish patina, this looks like an ED coin. Then cleaned, or circulated heavily to become like this.

Not too crazy about the looks. As for the grade, EF45, details coin.

Prime candidate for some acetone love. I think the green is PVC residue.

Yeah, I was worried about that too. When I get the chance I'll inspect it to see if it needs acetone.

I'd with with EF-40 too. Nice detail on the breast & wing feathers, you can still see her toes, and the detail on the shield and walls.

At least EF-45 sharpness, possible old partial cleaning.

I bet this coin looks better in hand. I'd say XF-45 at 1st glance. But the eagle feathers tell me AU-50. Obverse strike weak especially on the bottom shield and head.
