Doubling on the oak leaves looks like MDD.

I haven't seen the term MDD before, but I suppose it could be Machine Damage Doubling.

Your dime looks like it has Machine Doubling to me.

MDD = Machine Doubling Damage Most people drop the last D and just call it Machine Doubling, but Newbies could still thing that could be a form of "valuable" doubling in other words an error. So I include the second D to indicate it is DAMAGE and not an error.
