@Tman1515, the discoloration on your Sacagawea dollar coins looks like a few drops of a slightly corrosive liquid (saltwater?) was applied to these coins after leaving the mint. You could try to conserve them by placing the coins in an acetone bath. They are only worth face value and therefore spendable, but of course keep them if you find them interesting.
I'm less sure about that quarter--looks more like a die polishing line than a die crack to me, but you will have to wait until our experts weigh in on that one.
