Looks dipped to me. High MS 43s have booming luster and characteristic mint bloom. This one looks flat. In pictures it can always be lighting but this one looks like it has had its luster stripped.

Yeah, it's just too bright with that much wear to be natural.

Technical Grade, AU, details, cleaned. Eye Appeal 4/10. Over dipped is my guess, but those photos may be deceiving.

These photos make it tough to grade due to angle and lighting. My guess is that there are some surface marks we can't see here. Could you post a few more photos?

those are the only pictures. The grader is Nu-mismatics or something like that.

If it's not graded by PCGS, NGC, ANACS, or ICG, then consider it a raw coin. Looks cleaned due to the lack of luster. As IndianGoldEagle mentioned, there are probably surface marks hidden by the photos. I would recommend you not purchase this coin.

I didn't purchase it. It was only about $30 or so, looked like.
