In pictures it can always be lighting but this one looks like it has had its luster stripped. Report this Post to the Staff

SilverDollar2017 Pillar of the Community United States 8715 Posts	Posted 04/27/2018 11:10 am If it's not graded by PCGS, NGC, ANACS, or ICG, then consider it a raw coin. Looks cleaned due to the lack of luster. As IndianGoldEagle mentioned, there are probably surface marks hidden by the photos. I would recommend you not purchase this coin.
