Newbie234 Pillar of the Community United States 1386 Posts	Posted 04/29/2018 12:55 pm This coin is interesting to me. Both areas seem like a reeded edge strike through. The areas in question are much wider than an actual reeded edge which leads me to thinking this was a strike through. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Report this Post to the Staff

My opinion is that this is just damage. The reason for that conclusion is that I can see where the metal has been pushed from one area to another. I'm not sure if it was due to the rim of another coin, but the areas on and around the portrait certainly look like PMD to me.
