Seeing how I graded way low on another one similar, This ones pretty nice. Nick's on the back are hurting but I'd say overall, AU58 (cause of the nicks) or it will pull a MS62 (if TPG ignores them) Hey, you never know!

Full liberty but no diamonds. multiple scars on the reverse would make it a details coin ms 40.
